“In 2009 my father retained Legacy Lawyers, PLLC to prepare an Estate Planning Portfolio for my step-mother and himself. He selected Legacy Lawyers, PLLC due to their experience in Estate Planning as well as their expertise in Elder Law. In the preparation of my parents Estate Planning Portfolio Legacy Lawyers worked very close with my father and me and kept us up to date of all matters throughout the preparation period. They advised us on all relevant issues, provided excellent advice on key information and always provided timely answers to questions requested by my father and me. Some of the documents in my parents Estate Portfolio included a Living Trust, Funding Powers and Instructions, Living Wills, Trust Affidavits, Health Care Powers, Life Insurance, Gifting, and Memorial Instructions.
